Durfee (2-1) squares off against an undefeated foe in one of Greater Fall River's marquee high school football games this weekend.

There are six local games on the schedule, with three on Friday and three on Saturday.

TONIGHT

Durfee (2-1), with three tight games already in the books, hosts Nauset Regional (2-0) at 7 tonight at Mac Aldrich Field.

Tiverton (1-1) actually kicks off the weekend. The Tigers (1-1) host North Providence (0-2) at 4:45 p.m.

At 6:30 tonight, undefeated Case (2-0) takes the long bus ride to face Bourne (0-2) on Cape Cod.

 

SATURDAY

Somerset Berkley Regional (1-1) locks up with rival Dighton-Rehoboth (0-2) in a South Coast Conference game at noon in Somerset.

In a pair of 1 p.m. games, Diman (0-2) faces a huge challenge, playing at West Bridgewater (2-0), under new head coach Justin Kogler, the former Bishop Connolly and Old Rochester Regional head coach; and  Bishop Stang (1-2) hosts Sandwich (1-1).
