PLYMOUTH — The Plymouth Redevelopment Authority, with the support of Rockland Trust

Company, will hold a First Time Homebuyer Workshop from 5:30 to 8 p.m. March 30 at Plymouth Town Hall, 26 Court St.

This is a hybrid class. Participants will complete a portion of the workshop online by March 25. The fee for the online portion of the workshop is $75. The fee for the in-person portion of the workshop, where attendees will receive their final Certificate of Completion is $25. This payment is required on or before March 25, payable to Plymouth Redevelopment Authority.

The in-person workshop panel will include a mortgage loan officer, a real estate professional, and an attorney. They will present materials and answer questions about the home buying process. By participating in this workshop, participants will receive the confidence and tools to pursue their goal of homeownership. The program provides details on MassHousing’s First-Time Homebuyer Loan Program, MHP’s The One Mortgage, and down payment assistance programs.
