PLYMOUTH — Plimoth Investment Advisors announced the following recent promotions:
Mark J. Gendreau, of Mattapoisett, has been promoted to first vice president investment officer and director of research. In this role, he assists the CIO in the direction, oversight and ongoing diligence of the firm’s investment research across all asset classes. Gendreau, who began his career with Plimoth Investment Advisors in 2009 as an investment officer/trader and analyst, received a bachelor’s degree from the UMass Amherst and his Master of Business Administration from the UMass Dartmouth. He holds a designation as a certified financial planner and is a CFA Exam Level II candidate. Gendreau was awarded the John F. Brayton Jr. Memorial Community Service Award by the Bristol County Chamber of Commerce in 2016; he currently serves as president of the Greater Fall River Community Soup Kitchen, first vice president of the Fall River Historical Society and is a member of the YMCA of Fall River Board of Advisors.
Patrick M. Lynch, of Fall River, has been promoted to investment officer, research analyst. In this role, he is responsible for trading activities across asset classes and performing fundamental company research and credit analysis, in addition to implementing investment decisions based on clients’ unique objectives. Lynch began his career with Plimoth Investment Advisors in 2018 as an investment analyst and trader. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Richmond, is a CFA Charter holder and a member of the CFA Society Providence.
Teresa A. G. Prue, of Pawcatuck, Connecticut, has been promoted to senior vice president, head of fiduciary services and administration. Prue has more than 30 years of experience in banking, investment management and trust administration. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Providence College and holds the designation as a Certified Financial Planner in addition to numerous industry licenses. Prue has been awarded the CT Five Star professional designation in Trust Administration for three consecutive years; she is the past president of the Board of Directors for the Estate and Tax Planning Council of Eastern Connecticut and sits on the Finance Committee for St. Michael’s Church in Pawcatuck.
Alyce Vallee, of Middleborough, has been promoted to assistant vice president of operations; as such she is accountable for the overall leadership, development and quality of the day-to-day activities of Investment Operations. She also sits on the Client Service Team which provides support for client appreciation events. Prior to joining Plimoth Investment Advisors in 2008, Vallee was an account manager with State Street Corporation. She has attended numerous business related college courses throughout her career.
