Finding the Benton
Location: 75 Oakley Road, at the corner of Oakley & Old Middlesex
Hours: Tuesdays and Fridays, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesdays and Thursdays, 2 to 7 p.m.
First Friday Evening: 5-8 p.m. March 6
Third Saturday Afternoon: 2-5 p.m. March 21
Story Time Friday: 10:30 a.m. March 6. Stories for your 3- to 5-year-olds. Parents and caregivers must attend. Younger children may play in the Children’s Corner. No registration needed.
First Friday Evening – Chat and Crafts: 2-5 p.m. March 6. If you haven’t tried Chat and Crafts, see what it’s like. If you have, please return. There’s great conversation. You can borrow from the collection. The Benton is open on the first Friday evening of every month.
Story Time Tuesday: 10:30 a.m. March 10. The Benton is the place on Tuesday mornings for stories for your 3-5 year olds. Parents and caregivers must be present. Younger children may play in the Children’s Corner. No registration needed.
Benton Library Book Group: 4-5 p.m. March 11. This month, choose one of two books about Justice Ginsburg, “Notorious RGB: The Life andTimes of Ruth Bader Ginsburg,” by Irin Carmon and Shana Knizhnik or “My Own Words,” by Ruth Bader Ginsburg. The book group meets on the second Wednesday of every month.
