Highlights: On Sept. 11, D-S began the season with a sweep over Medway. On Sept. 18, D-S split against Norton. In the boys' 24-32 win, senior Oliver Fried came in first place overall with a time of 17:25. Junior Noah Guarini finished second overall with a time of 17:26. Senior Will Brown came in third place overall with a time of 17:32. In the girls' race, Norton took the first, third, fourth and fifth spots.

On Sept. 25, D-S swept Millis by identical scores of 15-50.

On Oct. 2, D-S swept Dedham. In the boys' 15-49 win, senior Oliver Fried finished first in 14 minutes, 54 seconds, two ticks ahead of classmate Will Brown, who placed second for D-S. Junior Noah Guarini (15:01) took third, senior Jacob Brown (15:21) was fourth and senior Joseph Collins (16:39) was fifth. In the girls' 17-46 win, junior Caitlin Britt ran a time of 18 minutes, 28 seconds to place first on the 2.6-mile course. Freshman Currie Carson (19:05) placed second and senior Sophie Fallon (19:13) finished third.

On Oct. 8, D-S finished its dual-meet season with a sweep over Bellingham. In the boys' 16-47 win, senior Oliver Fried set a course record over 2.6 miles at D-S in 13:35 and junior Noah Guarini (14:37) placed second for the Raiders (5-0). Will Brown was third overall in 15:02 with classmate Jacob Brown (15:17) fourth. In the girls' 15-50 win, junior Caitlin Britt won the 2.6-mile race in a time of 18:11 and freshman Alexandra Martinovich was second in 18:19. Senior Sophie Fallon (18:43) was third. Seniors Persie Baroody and Edie Rosbottom also contributed to the win for the 4-1 Raiders.

Highlights: On Sept. 4, sophomore Izzy Friedel and senior Payton Ahola scored two goals each as Dover-Sherborn defeated Tri-Valley League foe Medway, 4-1, in its season opener on Sept. 4. On Sept. 6, the Raiders blanked Medfield, 5-0. On Sept. 11, D-S and Cohasset played to a 0-0 draw. Sabrina Ryan made 10 saves in goal. On Sept. 13, D-S turned back Hopkinton, 2-1. Merritt Sullivan and Emma Goodness scored the Raider goals.

On Sept. 16, D-S lost to Needham, 1-0. On Sept. 20, the Raiders shut out Dedham, 4-0. Izzy Freidel, Payton Ahola and Carry O'Connell accounted for the D-S goals. On Sept. 25, D-S blanked Bellingham, 8-0. Sophomore forward Izzy Friedel paced the Dover-Sherborn offense with three goals. Caity O’Connell, Abby Wayne, Merritt Sullivan, Nicole Mayer, and Abi Niit also scored for D-S in the win. On Sept. 27, D-S beat Medway, 3-0. Senior Payton Ahola had two goals. Junior Caity O’Connell also had a goal in the win. Emma Goodness, Sarah Lamson and Mayson Blondek all had strong games for Dover-Sherborn as well.

On Oct. 2, D-S recorded a 3-0 shutout over Ashland. Izzy Friedel scored all three Raider goals; Payton Ahola collected two assists, while Abby Gramer got one assist. On Oct. 4, D-S scored a 3-1 win over nonleague Weston. Seniors Payton Ahola and Abby Gramer each had goals. Sophomore Izzy Friedel also had a goal for the Raiders in the win. On Oct. 8, D-S edged Holliston, 1-0. Payton Ahola scored off an assist from Sarah Lamson on a corner to keep the Raiders unbeaten in Tri-Valley League play. Sabrina Ryan made eight saves in goal and Emma Gladstone was strong on the defensive end for D-S.

On Oct. 11, D-S upended Natick, 2-1, in a nonleague match. Caity O’Connell and Izzy Friedel each had goals. Merritt Sullivan, Mayson Blondek and Payton Ahola all had a hand in helping D-S (10-1-1) get the win. Sarah Lamson also had an assist.

"We played a solid 60 against the best opponent we’ve seen this year," said D-S head coach Dara Johnson.

On Oct. 16, D-S and Westwood played to a 2-2 tie. Katie O'Connell and Merritt Sullivan scored the Raiders' goals. On Oct. 18, D-S shut out Dedham, 3-0. Izzy Friedel, Merritt Sullivan and Emily Waugh scored for the Raiders.

Highlights: On Sept. 6, D-S won its season opener, 21-14, over Brookline. John Bennett scored a touchdown, while quarterback Kirby Ryan scored on a sneak late in the game to break a 14-14 tie.

On Sept. 21, D-S went to 2-0 with a 20-13 win over Weston. Quarterback Kirby Ryan and wide receiver Luke Fielding connected for both Raider touchdowns. The Wildcats nearly tied the game as time expired, but the pass to the end zone went incomplete.

On Sept. 28, D-S moved to 3-0 with a 14-7 win over Millis. Senior quarterback Kirby Ryan went 16-for-28 for 228 yards and a touchdown.

On Oct. 4, D-S fell to Norton, 22-20, in overtime.

On Oct. 11, D-S lost to Bellingham, 20-12. Sophomore wide receiver John Bennett accounted for two touchdowns. The Raiders were driving downfield late in the game when a pass was intercepted by Bellingham.

On Oct. 18, D-S beat Dedham, 20-12. The Raiders held off a late rally for the Marauders to break a two-game losing streak. Kirby Ryan scored one of the touchdowns.

The Raiders evened their record on Sept. 4 with a 230-243 win over Millis. Cooper Evans shot a 36 and Parker Walsh carded a 37 to lift the Raiders.

On Sept. 9, Hopkinton beat D-S, 215-238. On Sept. 10, the Raiders rebounded with a 230-250 win over Medway. Clare Sobolewski shot 36 and Owen Bingham carded a 37 for the Raiders. On Sept. 11, D-S beats Norton, 267-270.

On Sept. 16, D-S beat Bellingham, 265-273. Cooper Evans shot a 41 at par-36 New England Country Club for the Raiders. On Sept. 18, D-S defeated Dedham, 229-274. Billy Rooney and Cooper Evans each shot four-over-par 36 for D-S (5-2) at Sassamon Trace in Natick.

On Sept. 23, D-S edged Medfield, 238-240. Cooper Evans shot a one-under-par 35 for the Raiders. On Sept. 25, D-S defeated Millis, 221-273. Junior captain Bill Rooney shot a two-over-par 34 for the Raiders. On Sept. 26, D-S beat Norwood, 154, 170, in a match stopped after six holes due to rain.

On Oct. 3, D-S downed Holliston, 228-242.

On Oct. 7, D-S racked up its 10th win in a row, 246-271, over Medway. Cooper Evans and Owen Bingham shared match medalist honors with a pair of 4-over par 40s.

On Oct. 15, D-S beat Dedham, 237-275. Cooper Evans and Bolly Rooney each carded a 3-over-par 37 for the Raiders. On Oct. 16, D-S edged Norton, 243-245. Clare Sobolewski shot a 1-over-par 37 and Cooper Evans shot a 39 at Dedham Country Club for the Raiders in a Tri-Valley League match. On Oct. 17, D-S wrapped up the regular season with a 245-270 over Bellingham, clinching the TVL Small title. Owen Bingham medaled with a 38.

On Sept. 24, D-S was shut out by Dedham, 4-0. On Sept. 26, D-S downed Ashland, 6-1. Adam Fam led the way with three goals.

On Oct. 1, D-S lost to Medfield, 2-1. Wyatt Goldfisher scored for the Raiders. On Oct. 5 at Gillette Stadium, D-S beat Millis, 5-1. George Beninati recorded a hat trick.

On Oct. 7, D-S came back from a 2-0 deficit to defeat Norwood, 5-3. Adam Fan scored all five Raider goals. On Oct. 10, D-S lost to Norton, 2-0.

On Oct. 15, D-S fell to Holliston, 4-2. On Oct. 17, D-S lost to Medway, 4-0.

On Sept. 10, D-S shut out Hopkinton, 2-0. Strong defense was again the key for the Raiders. Senior Jillian Davis, sophomore Abby Desalvo and junior Kate Mastrobuono all played solid games in front of keeper Sabrina Doyle, a senior captain who made eight saves. Junior Olivia Smith and senior captain Cerys Balmer scored for D-S, which has allowed just one goal this season. On Sept. 13, D-S recorded another shutout, 5-0, over Norton. Annie Parizeau scored twice; Ava Kaplan scored one of the Raiders' goals, assisted by Cerys Balmer.

On Sept. 17, D-S remained undefeated with a 1-0 win over Medway. Lily Thomson provided the game's only goal and Sabrina Doyle earned her fourth shutout of the season for the Raiders. On Sept. 19, D-S blanked Bellingham, 5-0. Ava Kaplan scored twice. On Sept. 24, the Raiders fell to Dedham, 1-0. On Sept. 26, D-S beat Ashland, 2-1. Hope Shue and Cerys Balmer scored for the Raiders.

On Oct. 1, D-S edged Medfield, 3-2. Cerys Balmer, Hope Shue and Ava Kaplan scored for the Raiders. On Oct. 5 at Gillette Stadium, D-S clinched a tournament berth with a 2-1 win over Millis. Hope Shue and Annie Parizeau scored the goals for the Raiders.

On Oct. 7, D-S blanked Norwood, 6-0. Six different Raiders scored goals, including Cerys Balmer and Ava Kaplan. On Oct. 8, D-S and Norwell played to a 1-1 tie. Annie Parizeau with the goal, assist from Ava Kaplan.

On Oct. 15, Holliston beat D-S, 3-1. On Oct. 17, D-S and Medway played to a 2-2 tie. Hope Shue scored the equalizer in the final minute, assisted by Annie Parizeau.
