RAYNHAM — Route 44 Toyota in Raynham helped raise $2,500 for Make-A-Wish Massachusetts and Rhode Island, which creates life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. The fundraiser was part of Route 44 Toyota’s Epic Summer Clearance this past July.

Tim Bruno, general manager of Route 44 Toyota, along with John Pina, general sales manager, recently presented a check to Hillary Muntz, special events coordinator at Make-A-Wish.

This year alone, Make-A-Wish Massachusetts and Rhode Island plans to grant more than 400 wishes. There are approximately 500 children in Massachusetts and Rhode Island are newly diagnosed with critical illnesses each year.
