The Thursday Garden Club of Sudbury is starting off this fall season with activities for the public to take part in.

The Thursday Garden Club of Sudbury’s annual Daffodil Sale is about to begin. This year, the club is offering King Alfred daffodil bulbs and purple lady tulip bulbs for sale. Sold by bag of 10 bulbs for $10.

The bulbs are available through club members, at bit.ly/2ncty2J and at the Daffodil Sale from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Oct. 5 at Sudbury Farms, 439 Boston Post Road. Patrons may also order by sending a check for the correct amount made out to The Thursday Garden Club, P.O. Box 52, Sudbury, MA 01776. Specify tulips or daffodils and numbers of bags of each. Buyers may pick up purchased bulbs at Sudbury Farms between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Oct. 5 or at the Presbyterian Church, 330 Concord Road, Sudbury, between 9:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. Oct. 10.

The Thursday Garden Club of Sudbury’s monthly meeting will be held at 9:30 a.m. Oct. 10 at the Presbyterian Church, 330 Concord Road. Bring a friend or neighbor to help do the fall cleanup on the civic beautification projects and plantings around town.

Also, join at the Goodnow Library Children’s Garden on Oct. 12 to clean up the children’s garden and plant daffodils. Bring tools. For information, call 978-634-1221.
