Route 44 Toyota in Raynham helped raise $2,500 for Make-A-Wish Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

The fundraiser was part of Route 44 Toyota’s Epic Summer Clearance in July.

Tim Bruno, general manager of Route 44 Toyota, along with John Pina, general sales manager, recently presented a check to Hillary Muntz, special events coordinator at Make-A-Wish.

“We are extremely grateful to Route 44 Toyota for their support,” said Charlotte A. Beattie, CEO of Make-A-Wish Massachusetts and Rhode Island. “Their passion for helping others is inspiring and will help toward our ultimate goal of fulfilling every eligible child’s wish.”

This year, Make-A-Wish Massachusetts and Rhode Island plans to grant more than 400 wishes. There are approximately 500 children in Massachusetts and Rhode Island are newly diagnosed with critical illnesses each year.
