“Crossing Cultures, Family, Memory and Displacement,” a Cambridge Art Association Members Curatorial Exhibit, will open Oct. 3 at the Kathryn Schultz Gallery, 25R Lowell St., Cambridge.

The exhibition features work by artists Astrid Reischwitz, Claudia Ruiz Gustafson, Nilou Moochhala and Vivian Poey. The photo-based exhibition is about family, memory displacement and identity from the four artists who have roots in four continents.

The Members’ Curatorial Series is an annual exhibition that offers CAA members the chance to curate an exhibit of three or more artists.

An opening reception will be held 6-8 p.m. Oct. 3. An artist talk will be held 1-2 p.m. Oct. 26. The exhibition closes Oct. 31.

Gallery hours are 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays. The gallery is free to view.
