FRAMINGHAM – MassBay Community College will welcome author and philanthropist, Bill Cummings, for a talk and book signing tonight, Sept. 25, at 5 p.m. at the school's Framingham campus, 19 Flagg Drive.

This event’s discussion will feature Cummings' book, "Starting Small and Making It Big: An Entrepreneur’s Journey to Billion-Dollar Philanthropist," and will include thoughtful reflections on the lessons he has learned about business, entrepreneurship, and philanthropy.

The Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine and Cummings Veterinary Medical Center, both at Tufts University in Medford, are named after him. The well-known philanthropist grew up poor during America’s Great Depression, but through a series of highly successful business ventures, became one of the wealthiest people in Massachusetts, and a prolific philanthropist.

All attendees must register for this event at https://bill-cummings.eventbrite.com and will receive a free copy of Starting Small and Making It Big: An Entrepreneur’s Journey to Billion-Dollar Philanthropist. Limited tickets are available and attendees must be registered to attend.
