Join for the 2019 Academy Award winning movie “The Green Book” which is based on the true story of a working-class Italian-American bouncer who becomes the driver of an African-American classical pianist on a tour of venues throughout the American south in the 1960s. Zumba Gold: 10 a.m. Fridays. Ditch the work out! Join the party! Zumba Gold workout incorporates dance/fitness routines set to Latin and international rhythms but is performed at a lower intensity than regular Zumba. Great for cardio, range of motion and balance. Drop in. $5.

Gentle Yoga: 9:30 a.m. Tuesdays. Drop in $5.

Chair Yoga: 1 p.m. Wednesdays. Instructor, Amy DiLillo. Drop in $5.

Gentle Yoga Fusion & Meditation: A fusion of mat-based yoga styles that allow for a moving or stillness meditation. This practice can help to balance the nervous system. Drop in. $5.
