That’s the Spirit Campus Ipswich, 31 Country St., will offer a full and half day summer drop-in program for local youth aged 5 to 12 who are interested in sports, arts and crafts, theater and field trips.

The program starts June 19 to runs thru Aug 23 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Mondays through Fridays, with an Extended Day Program available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. available as well. Daily rates are $30 for a full day, $20 for a half day and adding $10 per day or $15 per family for an extended day. The format is drop-in, so guests pay as they go.

The sports program features organized pick up games in sports including kickball, basketball, tennis, soccer, floor hockey, four square and baseball. Capture the flag and other games and contests will be available as well. The TTS Theatre program includes learning scenes and songs from TTS Players archive of scripts with the option of performing a daily show. Arts and crafts will offer daily projects. Field trips will include in-town trips to local parks, farms and beaches and out of town trips to Canobie Lake Park, Sky Zone, Laser Tag and Captains Corner for go-kart and mini golf.

The drop-in program format is designed to provide convenience and affordability to working families. TTS specializes in focusing on the individual needs of the participants in order to “create a safe and exciting place that kids and staff want to return to daily.” The TTS staff consists of college and high school age counselors and CIT’s ages 13-14.
