DEAN COLLEGE

Caitlyn MacDougall, of East Weymouth, was named to the dean’s list for the spring 2019 semester at Dean College in Franklin.

ENDICOTT COLLEGE

Mary Cronin and Erika Lebherz, of Weymouth, were named to the dean’s list for the spring 2019 semester at Endicott College in Beverly. To qualify for the dean’s list, a student must obtain a minimum GPA of 3.5, receive no letter grade below C, have no withdrawal grades and be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credits for the semester.

FITCHBURG STATE UNIVERSITY

FRAMINGHAM STATE UNIVERSITY

Kiahna Esquilin, of Weymouth, graduated May 26 with a Bachelor of Arts from Framingham State University.

Robert Brown, Matthew Fitzpatrick and Nicole Stanton, of Weymouth, graduated May 26 with a Bachelor of Science from Framingham State University.

Bree Toland, of Weymouth, graduated May 26 with a Master of Science in nursing from Framingham State University.

KEENE STATE COLLEGE

Rachel Vitello, of Weymouth and a senior majoring in journalism with a minor in women and gender studies, was named to the dean’s list for sixth straight semester at Keene State College in Keene, New Hampshire. Students must maintain a minimum 3.5 GPA to be named to the dean’s list.

LASELL COLLEGE

Ashley Burke, Lillian Delaney and Meghan Salvaggi, of Weymouth, were named to the dean’s list for the spring 2019 semester at Lasell College in Newton. To be named to the dean’s list, students must complete at least 12 credits as a full-time student and achieve a semester GPA of 3.5 or higher.

NORWICH UNIVERSITY

The following students from the Weymouth area graduated May 11 from Norwich University in Northfield, Vermont: Brandon Charles Beal, of South Weymouth, Bachelor of Science cum laude in accounting; and Rachel Lynne Kelley, of Weymouth, Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice.

QUINNIPIAC UNIVERSITY

The following students from the Weymouth area were named to the dean’s list for the spring 2019 semester at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut: Lindsey Downey and Amelia Toye, of Weymouth; and Melyssa Canonico, of South Weymouth.

PLYMOUTH STATE UNIVERSITY

Janaysia Gethers, of South Weymouth, and Keegan Lant, of North Weymouth, were named to the president’s list for the spring 2019 semester at Plymouth State University in Plymouth, New Hampshire. To be named to the president’s list, a student must achieve a GPA of 3.7 or better for the semester and must have attempted at least 12 credit hours during the semester.

Lisa Howes, of Weymouth, was named to the dean’s list for the spring 2019 semester at Plymouth State University in Plymouth, New Hampshire. To be named to the dean’s list, a student must achieve a GPA between 3.5 and 3.69 during the spring semester and must have attempted at least 12-credit hours during the semester.

STONEHILL COLLEGE

The following students from the Weymouth area were named to the dean’s list for the spring 2019 semester at Stonehill College in Easton: Danielle Abdallah, Domenic Dellamano and Christian Rogers, of Weymouth; Megan Beatty and Emily Perriello, of East Weymouth; Leah Whittemore, of North Weymouth; and Kelly Higgins and Colleen Perry, of South Weymouth. To qualify for the dean’s list, students must have a semester GPA of 3.5 or better and must have completed successfully all courses for which they were registered.

TUFTS UNIVERSITY

Liam Cronan, of East Weymouth, was named to the dean’s list for the spring 2019 semester at Tufts University in Medford/Somerville. Dean’s list requires a semester GPA of 3.4 or greater.

UNIVERSITY OF NEW ENGLAND

The following students from the Weymouth area were named to the dean’s list for the spring 2019 semester at the University of New England in Biddeford and Portland, Maine: Meaghan Murphy, of East Weymouth; and Lauren Jensen and Laura Nash, of South Weymouth. Dean’s list students have attained a GPA of 3.3 or better out of a possible 4.0 at the end of the semester.

WORCESTER POLYTECHNIC INSTITUTE

David Zhang, of Weymouth, recently graduated with a Master of Business Administration from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Jessica McKenna, of Weymouth, class of 2020 majoring in robotics engineering at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, was a member of a student team that recently completed hands-on research through the WPI project center in Australia. The project was titled “Developing a Training Kitchen and Social Enterprise Initiative.”
