NFL Network remains the only network to show the entire slate of 65 preseason games in 2018, highlighted by 15 live games and the preseason debuts of the top three picks of the 2018 NFL Draft.


NFL Network’s live preseason schedule kicks off Thursday, August 9 at 7:00 PM ET when the number one overall pick of the 2018 NFL Draft Baker Mayfield and the Cleveland Browns face the second overall pick Saquon Barkley and the New York Giants. On Friday, August 10 at 7:30 PM ET, NFL Network broadcasts the preseason debut of the third overall pick Sam Darnold when the New York Jets host the Atlanta Falcons.


Additional live Week 1 preseason games on NFL Network include quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo and the San Francisco 49ers hosting the Dallas Cowboys on Thursday, August 9 at 10:00 PM ET, Matt Patricia’s head coaching debut and Jon Gruden’s return to the sidelines when the Detroit Lions travel to face the Oakland Raiders on Friday, August 10 at 10:30 PM ET, and a top free agent quarterback showcase when Kirk Cousins and the Minnesota Vikings face Case Keenum and the Denver Broncos Saturday, August 11 at 9:00 PM ET.


NFL Network airs five Week 2 preseason games live, beginning Friday, August 17 at 7:30 PM ET when Cleveland Browns quarterback Tyrod Taylor faces his former team the Buffalo Bills and rookie quarterback Josh Allen. For the first time ever, NFL Network will broadcast a quadruple-header of live preseason games on Saturday, August 18, starting at 1:00 PM ET with the Minnesota Vikings hosting the Jacksonville Jaguars. At 4:00 PM ET, the Los Angeles Rams host the Oakland Raiders, followed by the Cincinnati Bengals vs. the Dallas Cowboys at 7:00 PM ET and the Seattle Seahawks facing the Los Angeles Chargers at 10:00 PM ET.


NFL Network airs three games during Week 3 with the Oakland Raiders hosting the Green Bay Packers on Friday, August 24 at 10:30 PM ET, and a double-header of live games on Saturday, August 25 with the Kansas City Chiefs facing the Chicago Bears at 1:00 PM ET and the Pittsburgh Steelers hosting the Tennessee Titans at 4:00 PM ET.


NFL Network’s live preseason schedule concludes with a Week 4 double-header on Thursday, August 30. At 7:00 PM ET, the Detroit Lions host the Cleveland Browns, followed by rookie quarterback Josh Rosen and the Arizona Cardinals taking on the Denver Broncos at 10:00 PM ET.


Live preseason games on NFL Network are subject to blackouts in the local markets of the participating teams.
