To the Editor:

Phil DeCologero, in his first term on the Board of Selectmen, has focused on the welfare of our town, and of moving us forward. He took the lead to take action on the opioid crisis for both North Andover and surrounding communities, and was the leader of the effort to start our well-executed Farmer’s Market. But more than that, Phil has been focused on looking at the bigger picture for our town.

Phil pushed for the current Master Planning activity to give us all the opportunity to say where we think our town is, and where it ought to be going. He was a key member of the selection committee for the Master Plan group, and helped make sure they represented the entire community. The master plan will be able to help us understand how and where we have opportunities to expand our business environment and tax base.

Phil has also been a strong proponent for North Andover business as one of the founders of the Merchants Association, and is also a strong supporter for expanded development along Routes 114 and 125.

Phil is all about the long view, but he also makes sure the details are taken care of too.  Please join me in casting one of your two votes for Selectman on March 27 for Phil DeCologero.
