Sherborn Recreation is offering the following winter/spring programs.
After School Indoor Tennis Lesson - Session 3 (grades K-5)
Bob Clausen and his staff offer a fun approach to learning the game of tennis. Classes will cover the basics of forehands, backhands, volleys, overheads and serves, as well as drills to develop eye-to-hand coordination and footwork.
Location: Pine Hill School Gym. Bob will meet the kids after school at 3 p.m. in the gym at Pine Hill

Adult All Level Vinyasa Yoga Monday and Thursday Morning Classes
Breath and movement are linked together in a flow of strengthening, balancing and opening postures. This class combines functional sequences and pose breakdown to build endurance and strength for everyday living. Awareness of the breath and creative movement exploration is encouraged for a full mind-body experience.
All levels and nonresidents are welcome — modifications/props are offered to accommodate special needs. Please bring a mat and water bottle.
