“In the Heights” performances: 7:30 p.m., Feb. 16-17, Tabor Academy, Fireman Center for Performing Arts, Hoyt Hall, 235 Front St., Marion. Free show. Lin-Manuel Miranda is the writer of the award-winning play. The four main characters are played by A.J. Macrina of Carver, Ellyn Cunningham of Northfield, Mia Vaughn of New Bedford, and Brian Lee of Seoul, Korea.

 

The Spire Center for Performing Arts presents eclectic entertainment at 25 1/2 Court St. in downtown Plymouth. The Spire is handicap accessible; parking is available street side and in public lots in close proximity. The Repeat Boutique Thrift Shop, 115 S. Main St., invites residents to the shop its “Be Our Valentine Sale” for the month of February. All winter clothing will be 50 percent off.
