BROCKTON – An intoxicated man pulled a knife on another person while in a Brockton convenience store on Saturday, police said.

Brockton Police are investigating reports of an altercation involving a knife at the Mini Mart convenience store located at 139 Pleasant St.

At 5:47 p.m. on Saturday, police received a 911 call reporting an intoxicated male was threatening another male victim with a knife.

Both the suspect and the victim appeared to be intoxicated during the altercation, witnesses told police.

The suspect was someone that was known to the victim, Brockton Police Lt. Bruce Zeidman said, however the victim could not recall his name.

When police arrived at the scene the suspect had fled and could not be located.
